Our online service has been designed to provide a secure, straightforward and professional experience. Before commencing your registration, please take a few minutes to read the following information.

How the NetTax Online Process Works

Your tax return is completed in four simple stages:

Stage 1 – Client Registration & Authorisation

Complete the online Registration & Authorisation Form, allowing NetTax to act on your behalf.

Following registration you will receive your unique NetTax Client ID by email.

Your registration will then be reviewed by NetTax, and you will receive a secure passcode by email to access the protected client area.

Stage 2 – Secure Individual Tax Return

Using your NetTax Client ID and secure passcode, access the protected NetTax Client Portal and complete your Individual Tax Return online.

Once submitted, you will automatically proceed to the final stage.

Stage 3 – Secure Supporting Documents Upload

Upload the documents required to support your tax return.

Once your documents have been successfully uploaded, your online submission is complete.

A NetTax representative will review your information and contact you if additional information is required.

✓ You have access to your mobile phone or computer throughout the process.

✓ All documents you intend to upload are clear, complete and easy to read.

✓ Scanned documents or photographs are of good quality.

✓ You have gathered all information relating to your income and deductions before commencing your tax return.
